Damn am I stoked to be back here. Of course I miss you guys but I wont lie, I miss training! I miss my butt being kicked. I miss the taste of lactate acid seeping into my mouth. I miss the feeling of just having accomplished something that took me to the brink and back. I guess youd have to be a CrossFitter to understand.
I think this is going to be a great class tonight. We should have a few people back including Chip, and Ron deuce.

-Widow Makers. (20x back squats. You guys know the drill. 5-10# increase if you nailed all 20 reps from monday. If not take off 5-10# if you missed more than 4 reps. If only 1-3 reps than keep the weight the same)

Looking forward to returning tomorrow. Have spent the last 7 days at 7000 ft or higher and put in 5 breathless workouts. Slow times but lots of deep breathing and persperation.

The old saying holds true: “youre only cheating yourself”. Not only are you cheating yourself of the benefits of doing the wod in its entirety, but you’ve also lost the benefits of others respect. I would be impressed and throw mad props your way if you came in dead last and actually did it legit.
Hope you have the ability to suck it up, eat humble pie and go to the back of the line…..where you belong!!!!

I love the fact that you are really getting competitive with the WODs. That shows me that you are taking this seriously. It is a natural desire to want to be the best and to beat the other guy but lets try and be supportive of each other. I would like to think that at Orange Coast CrossFit we are all on the same team. We as an affiliate of CrossFit need to fly the flag for CrossFit and that means doing our best, getting incredibly fit and also being an open source model for those to look at and copy. I dont want people coming to our site and thinking that do not get along or support each other. Because we do! So lets work as a team and not tear anyone down.
If you havent been doing the WODs as perscribed than I suggest you start. This is not a race. Your times will improve. Just be patient. Ok thats it.
